Michele A. Grant is a Director of SEC Reporting at the US Insurance subsidiary of ING, the global banking and insurance enterprise. Michele is a Certified Public Accountant with over 25 years of experience in Public Accounting, Government (U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission), and Private Industry. Michele is a graduate of Hofstra University and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Public Accounting. A native New Yorker, Michele moved to Atlanta in 1991 where she resides with her husband and two daughters.
