Kim Seals is a Partner at Mercer, the global leader for trusted Human Resource and related financial advice, products and services. Kim has over 20 years of human resources experience in all areas of HR including global human resource operations transformation, service delivery development and redesign, compensation and benefits program development and design, project management, global process design and improvement, as well as HR technology selection and implementations. Kim moved to Atlanta in 1997 from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where she graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.
